I truly enjoyed sleeping 2 nights in this hotel. The property itself was nice. The staff members were really kind and helpful and helped me with anything I needed;))

Friendly staff with a good sense of humor. The building and rooms are nice, and the rooms have showers. The rooms are equipped with central heating, a multi-channel TV, and a mini fridge. 🌟

The view was nice and the beds were comfortable. We were also happy with the cleanliness of the facilities.

The negatives outweighed the positives for us. the bathroom was a disappointment as it was a wet room with no separation between the shower and the rest of the space.

Our stay at Grand Ozturk was delightful. The facilities were spotlessly clean and the beds were comfortable. The breathtaking view outside added to the charm of the hotel. Mustafa, one of the staff members, was extremely helpful and made sure all our needs were met. The strong WiFi was an added bonus. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant and enjoyable stay.

Nothing everything was great.

We had a wonderful stay here. The hotel was spotless and had a fantastic view from the tables and chairs outside. The staff were amazing, especially Mustafa who was always there to help us with anything we needed. The location was perfect, with easy transportation and ample parking available. The breakfast was delicious and the WiFi worked perfectly. We couldn't have asked for more from this hotel.

the beds were comfortable and clean, but unfortunately, the bathroom was a wet room causing everything to become wet leading to a slippery and unsafe environment. the staff was helpful, but there was a language barrier making communication difficult. Despite these issues, the view was wonderful.
